• A resident of the United States (for online purchases and rentals).
• Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Equipment Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Period

The rental period begins when the equipment is delivered to you and ends when it is returned to BlowSound-Rent.com in proper working condition. Late returns will be subject to additional fees, as specified at the time of rental.

3.2 Rental Fees

Rental fees are based on the equipment and the length of time rented. All rental charges, including security deposits (if applicable), must be paid in full before the equipment is released. Additional charges may apply for any extended rental periods or late returns.

3.3 Security Deposit

BlowSound-Rent.com may require a refundable security deposit for certain rentals. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of the equipment in its original condition, minus any damages or additional fees.

3.4 Equipment Condition

Customers are responsible for inspecting the rented equipment upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any issues. The equipment should be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, except for normal wear and tear. Any damages or loss of equipment will result in additional charges, which may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

4. Sales Terms

4.1 Product Pricing

All prices on BlowSound-Rent.com are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout.

4.2 Payment

Payments for purchases and rentals must be made through accepted payment methods, which include major credit cards and PayPal. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4.3 Order Confirmation and Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will arrange for shipping or delivery of your order based on your selected method at checkout. BlowSound-Rent.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Rental Cancellations

Cancellations of rental orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to avoid cancellation fees. Any cancellations made after this period may result in partial or no refund, depending on the proximity to the event date.

5.2 Sales Returns and Refunds

For items purchased, returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.

You are responsible for ensuring that the rented or purchased equipment is used appropriately and safely. This includes:

• Following all provided instructions and safety guidelines.
• Ensuring that the equipment is properly secured at all times during use.
• Notifying BlowSound-Rent.com immediately of any issues or damages.
• Ensuring that the equipment is returned on time and in the condition in which it was received.

7. Limitation of Liability

BlowSound-Rent.com is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by the improper use of the rented or purchased equipment. We provide equipment “as-is” without warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

BlowSound-Rent.com’s liability is limited to the total amount of the rental or purchase, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our equipment or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and trademarks on BlowSound-Rent.com are the property of BlowSound-Rent.com or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law
