At Blowsound-Rent, we are committed to providing high-quality musical instruments and equipment for your events, performances, and productions. To ensure a smooth rental experience, we have outlined our return policy below.
1. Rental Return Timeframe
All rented items must be returned by the end of the rental period as stated in your rental agreement. Late returns are subject to additional charges as specified in the contract.
- Standard Rentals: Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time.
- Extended Rentals: For long-term rentals, please contact us if you need an extension, and we’ll accommodate based on availability and additional fees.
2. Condition of Returned Equipment
All rented instruments and equipment must be returned in the same condition as they were when rented. Please ensure that:
- Items are clean and free of significant wear or damage.
- All accessories (cables, stands, pedals, cases, etc.) are included and in good working order.
We conduct a thorough inspection upon return. Any damages or missing components may result in repair, replacement, or cleaning fees, which will be deducted from your deposit or charged separately.
3. Damage and Loss Policy
In the event of damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment, you are responsible for the full repair or replacement cost. We recommend you ensure proper handling and safekeeping of the equipment at all times.
- Minor Damages: Repairs for scratches, dents, or functional issues will be charged accordingly.
- Major Damages: If the equipment is beyond repair, you will be responsible for full replacement value.
- Lost/Stolen Equipment: You will be charged the full retail value of the lost or stolen items.
4. Deposits and Refunds
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be refunded in full upon the return of equipment in good condition and on time.
- Full Refund: If all equipment is returned in its original condition and by the return date.
- Partial Refund: If any deductions are necessary for late returns, damage, or missing items.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return and inspection.
5. Cancellations and Early Returns
If you need to cancel your rental before the scheduled pickup or delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Full Rental Fee: Charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
- Early Returns: No partial refunds will be issued for early returns unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.
6. Maintenance and Technical Support
If you experience any technical issues with the rented equipment during the rental period, please contact us immediately for support. We will assist with troubleshooting or arrange for replacement equipment if necessary, depending on availability.
